Each cycle properties will be available to view from this web-site and you will be able to place your bids. Daventry District Council and Northampton Borough council will put forward a small amount of properties which will be called Sub-Regional properties.
The Sub-regional scheme will give priority to the other authorities waiting list, therefore those on one authorities waiting list that bid for a Sub-regional property in the other area will receive preference on the shortlist. This is to give you more choice over where you would like to live.
To apply for a property you must first be registered with Daventry District Council or Northampton Borough Council or both. You can do this by clicking the relevant links below:

Once your completed application form and supporting documents have been assessed and you have been registered on your local authorities housing register, you will be sent a reference number and password to enable you to log on to the system and place your bids.
Properties will be advertised on the homechoice-link website every week. A new cycle will start every Wednesday and close on the following Tuesday.
